  • How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?

According to our experts, research has shown that the number one predictor you will have a positive outcome in therapy (regardless of theory used) is the relationship you have with your therapist based on connection and trust. We encourage you to pay attention to how you feel in your sessions to determine whether or not the environment is a place where you can reach your goals. We will be sure to check in with you to ensure that you feel connected with your virtual therapist in order to facilitate the best possible outcome for your treatment.

According to the Zebra, 41% of people in the United States deal with an untreated mental illness. If you're struggling with your mental health, reach out to us today to get started.

  • What is acceptance and commitment therapy?

Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT therapy) is a type of mindful psychotherapy that helps you stay focused on the present moment and accept thoughts and feelings without judgment. It aims to help you move forward through difficult emotions so you can put your energy into healing instead of dwelling on the negative. ACT is about taking effective action guided by your deepest values and in which we are fully present and engaged. Call today to learn more about ACT therapy and our virtual therapist options.

  • Do you accept insurance?

At this time we are accepting Optum, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Carelon (formally Beacon). If you have a PPO plan, our virtual therapists can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement at the rate they offer. We also have the ability to utilize payment from behavioral/mental health funds. All payments are to be made at the start of the session.
